Who we are
Academy Services Group LLC (ASG) is a management services organization (MSO) located at 200 Washington St, Newark, NJ 07102. We manage the business and operational side of medical practices, including EHR and IT systems, phones and patient communications, billing and credentialing, compliance programs, HR and payroll, non-clinical staff, supplies, and facilities.
What an MSO does
A management services organization takes on the non-clinical work of running a medical practice. The practice keeps its own name, its own physicians, and full control of patient care, while the MSO handles the systems, people, and processes behind the scenes.
Non-clinical services only
ASG does not provide medical care or make clinical decisions. All medical services are provided by our client practices and their licensed clinicians.
Who we serve
We work with independent medical practices in New Jersey. Our client today is Washington St Pediatrics, LLC d/b/a Washington Park Pediatrics, a pediatric practice with two locations in Newark and Elizabeth, NJ. For that practice, ASG also operates patient communications, including phones and text messaging, on the practice’s behalf.
