When you call, text, or email us, we receive your phone number or email address, the name you give us, and the content of your message. When you take part in our text messaging program, we also keep your mobile number, a record of your consent (when and how you agreed), your messages with our offices, and any STOP or HELP requests.

Information collected automatically

This website has no forms, accounts, or sign-ins. It does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. Our website host, Google Firebase Hosting, automatically processes standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, to deliver and protect the website.

Patient health information

Health information about Washington Park Pediatrics patients is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). How it is used and shared is described in the practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices, which is available at either office. Where that notice applies to your information, it controls.

5.Your choices

• Text messages: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for help.
• Access or corrections: Email admin@academygroups.com to ask about the information we have about you or to update it.
• Medical records: To request your child’s medical records, contact the office where your child is seen.

6.How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law, including medical record-keeping rules.

7.Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send detailed medical information by email or text message.

8.Children’s privacy

This website is intended for parents, guardians, and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Parents and guardians communicate with our offices on behalf of their children.
